American Dream Homes Sixcess Steps
As a respected homebuilder for more than 15 years, we have developed a multi-step Customer Care Process to ensure that you are involved at every stage of construction. We call it our Sixcess Steps. It's a chance for you to see the quality materials and craftsmanship that go into each and everyone of our homes. It's also a chance for you to enjoy the exhilarating experience of watching your dreams become reality. In our eyes the construction stages evolve in these SIX stages:

1. Pre-Construction Meeting
   Step One: Pre-Construction Meeting - Before construction begins, we will guide you through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team and to answer any questions regarding the construction timetable. You will be given the opportunity to make any last minute changes to the construction of your home at this time. At this meeting you will also be asked to choose your paint colors, cabinet style and color, tile and carpet selections. Of course you may change your mind on a selection down the road, however, in order to guarantee prompt delivery of your “dream home,” you must try and make your decisions far in advance of their installation as time fly's by during the construction process.

2. Pre-Drywall Walk Through
   Step Two: Pre-Drywall Walk Through - Prior to drywall installation, a American Dream Homes construction professional gives you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the items behind the wall of your home. We will point out its quality components as well as explain how certain things work. At this meeting we will also verify optional features you have selected as well as your design features (including paint, tile and carpet). Of course at this time you will be given the opportunity to ask questions.

3. Quality Check Up
   Step Three: Quality Check Up - Before your New Home Orientation, American Dream Homes conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to our high quality standards. At this time we will open and close all doors, look under and over everything, turn on all plumbing faucets, check all areas for cosmetic damage and of course pass any and all City Inspections. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made at this time and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation your New Home Orientation.

4. New Home Orientation
   Step Four: New Home Orientation - When your home is finished, American Dream Homes' service representatives will take you on a room-by-room guided tour to demonstrate all of the features of your “Dream Home.” At this time we will show you how to operate all the workings of the home, you will be given information on how to care for particular portions of your new home, as well as given a copy of your American Dream Homes Protection Plan. During this time we will go over our Protection Plan with you and explain how our service policy's and procedures are handled. As you become acquainted with your new home you will have the opportunity to report any unacceptable conditions at this time. Over the course of the next several days we will complete those little flaws so that your new home truly is the “Dream Home” that you deserve.

5. 3 Month Follow-Up
   Step Five: 3-Month Follow-Up Visit - To reinforce American Dream Homes' commitment to customer satisfaction, we allow you to schedule a service check approximately three months after closing. This gives you an opportunity to both ask questions that may arise will living in your home as well as report any problems that need to be brought to our attention.

6. 11 Month Follow-Up
   Step Six: 11-Month Follow-Up Visit - Eleven months after closing, we remind you of our commitment to your satisfaction by taking the time to handle any required warranty work that you may have. As always this is an opportunity to ask any of our talented and skilled team members questions that you may have.
